Condor 2A

The Condor 2A represents the natural evolution of our previous Condor stitch-folding clamp. This model works by perforation: it cuts the sheet metal on three sides, creating a tongue that is then folded onto the underlying metal plate.

Compared to its predecessor, the Condor 2A features a redesigned structure with a distinctive geometry that makes it especially practical for producing air filters used in air handling units. The offset head in relation to the clamp body allows the tool to slip easily between the filter pockets, while the rounded front edge ensures smooth insertion into the assembly frames.

Despite these design improvements, the Condor 2A preserves all the strengths of the earlier version: it remains lightweight, easy to handle, quiet, and exceptionally user-friendly. For these reasons, it stands as an excellent alternative to spot welding and riveting, particularly when joining very thin sheet metals.

The Condor 2A is suitable for manufacturing metal components in sectors such as air filtration, refrigeration, and household appliances. Its versatility also makes it ideal for any application where thin sheet metals must be securely joined.
