Refund and Returns Policy

At Jurado Tools, we are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our clients across all international markets. Although we operate on a quotation and information-request basis rather than direct online sales, we recognize the importance of a clear and transparent returns and refund policy.

✅ Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days from the delivery date.
  • Only items in unused, undamaged, and original condition will be considered for return.
  • Products must be returned with original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
  • Custom-configured or personalized items may be returned only if defective or not as specified in the confirmed quotation.

💰 Refund Conditions

  • If approved, a full refund of the product price will be issued using the original payment method (or by bank transfer for B2B clients).
  • Shipping costs paid initially are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

🚚 Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and insurance, especially for international returns.
  • Jurado Tools is not liable for items lost or damaged in return transit.

📦 How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at info@juradotools.com with the following details:
    • Company name
    • Product model
    • Serial number (if applicable)
    • Reason for return
    • Photos (if damage or defect is claimed)
  2. Wait for confirmation and RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) instructions.
  3. Ship the item back as per the provided instructions.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Products returned after the 30-day window
  • Items used, damaged, or modified by the customer
  • Goods returned without prior RMA approval
  • Custom-manufactured items returned without valid justification

🔄 Exchanges & Replacements

If your item is defective or damaged on delivery, we may offer a replacement or exchange, subject to availability.
All claims for defective goods must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
